Social Media & Visual Content Lead

📋 Description

• Own and grow Kasa's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
• Develop monthly social content calendar and lead daily execution
• Develop a distinct, ownable social voice reflecting our brand
• Produce or direct original short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, walkthroughs)
• Identify and engage with UGC creators, local photographers, and brand partners
• Manage comments, DMs, and community conversations; monitor trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in social media, content creation, or brand creative
• Strong creator instincts with proven short-form video experience
• Active practitioner of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
• Strong project management; juggle multiple shoots and content calendar
• Cross-functional collaborator across marketing, creative, revenue, and ops
• High visual/editorial standards; express brand voice in writing and video
