- 2+ years of social media support across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Apple/Google Play
- Experience with Zendesk, Sprout Social; Stripe and Orb; and ticketing workflows
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume support with metrics
- Strong written communication for public-facing social interactions
- Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity
- Maintain brand voice across all channels
