  • Work with customers via tickets and social to resolve account, billing, and product issues
  • Manage inquiries on X, LinkedIn, Reddit and stores, expanding to more platforms
  • Monitor social channels for product feedback and issues
  • Escalate and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Support to tell users' story across Replit
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and community teams to align messaging

  • 2+ years of social media support across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Apple/Google Play
  • Experience with Zendesk, Sprout Social; Stripe and Orb; and ticketing workflows
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume support with metrics
  • Strong written communication for public-facing social interactions
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity
  • Maintain brand voice across all channels
