🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in social media community management, customer support, or similar roles in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of replying, engaging, and routing signals at scale.
• Owns work end-to-end and flags blockers without waiting for orders.
• Strong written English (C1+); concise, on-brand tone.
• Solid copywriting instincts for short-form content that fits the brand.
• Genuine enjoyment of social media with hands-on experience on LinkedIn and X.
