📋 Description

• Support social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create, edit, and publish short-form video and static posts.
• Manage the social content calendar and daily posting schedule.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and engagement; flag insights.
• Support employee advocacy; draft/adapt LinkedIn posts.
• Track metrics and help compile social reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
• Solid writing skills and a good feel for tone, clarity, and internet culture
• Basic video editing skills, with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Comfortable using basic social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
