📋 Description

• Full lifecycle campaign program management from inception to delivery.
• Management of creative reviews; coordinate content approvals and actions.
• Stakeholder management; primary POC for workstreams and alignment.
• Organizational alignment and timeline management; synchronize with milestones.
• Infrastructure and process architecture; identify friction and scale workflows.
• Real-time social operations; enable processes for reactive needs with quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing and program management, esp. social.
• Proven track record building workflow infrastructure from ground up.
• Understands scoping, budget oversight, and staffing models.
• Proficient with PM and social tooling; Smartsheet, Sprinklr, Airtable.
• Experience or interest in AI tools and marketing automation.
• Strong communication to lead high-stakes meetings and influence.
