• Own end-to-end social growth strategy across platforms to drive traffic and brand growth.
• Lead and develop the Social Coordinator and publishing calendar.
• Identify high-retention moments in long-form content; guide editors.
• Build repeatable production systems, including AI-driven workflows for speed and quality.
• Monitor performance data across platforms; pivot strategy based on insights.
• Partner with production to ensure social-first capture and fast distribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social production, digital strategy, or video-first growth.
• Experience managing at least one direct report and owning outcomes.
• Strong editorial judgment; identify high-retention moments and why they work.
• Fluent across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X; understands distribution mechanics.
• AI-forward operator who integrates AI to speed up creative workflows.
