  • Manage the global editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, emerging platforms.

  • Partner with marketing to support product launches, analyst recognition, and NiCE World events.
  • Drive executive and employee advocacy with leadership to amplify thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with design, PR, and marketing to produce engaging visuals and video content.

  • 4+ years in social media management, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record growing engagement and reach for enterprise tech brands.
  • Strong LinkedIn B2B expertise and experience across major platforms.
  • Experience with social media management/analytics tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
