🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in social media, agency preferred
• Gaming culture familiarity and strong communities
• Platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit
• Entertainment or gaming social campaigns experience
• Manage active communities and real-time conversations
• Balance planned content with reactive, trend-driven execution
• Strong copywriting; adapt tone quickly
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Highly organized; multitask across workstreams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
