  • Write, edit, and publish platform-native copy for each channel.

  • Track organic performance with UTMs and Google Analytics; deliver quarterly insights.
  • Oversee paid social and employee advocacy programs with budgets and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B social media across organic, paid, and advocacy.
  • Proven track record managing organic and paid social on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, with targeting and budgeting.
  • Hands-on experience with employee advocacy programs (Oktopost preferred).
  • Proficient with UTMs, Google Analytics, and social analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional writing skills; adaptable brand voice across platforms.
  • Internal advisor/SME who informs strategy across teams.
