📋 Description

• Manage and grow Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with objectives.
• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms; adapt tone per channel.
• Identify opportunities on new platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).
• Monitor and engage with the community; manage feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Social Media / Community Management (ideally in B2B tech or US market).
• Experience managing and growing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience creating and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking social metrics.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
