- 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or related role; active user and trend aware.
- Proven ability to develop content that drives engagement and growth.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Threads.
- Proficiency with content scheduling tools (Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and Canva/CapCut.
- Highly organized with strong project management; multi-brand management; strong writing/editing; brand voice.
- Comfortable leading on-set social capture and collaborating cross-functionally; ownership mindset.
