🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in social media community management (B2B SaaS/tech).
  • Strong content creation: video editing and copywriting.
  • Deep understanding of platform engagement and social listening.
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools; strong analytics (Excel/Sheets).
  • Translate social listening insights into actionable engagement strategies.
  • Balance authentic participation with brand representation in fast-moving environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Support, Communications, Product Marketing.
  • Comfortable with autonomy: proactive, decisive, and impact-oriented; familiar with AI tools.
