🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media or journalism.
• Strong on-camera presence and writing voice.
• Experience growing an audience across platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma or design platforms.
• Strong analytics understanding; trends in social media.
• Confidence generating ideas and headlines; multi-platform editing.
