  • Manage a portfolio of social commerce brands on TikTok Shop.
  • Run brand shops day-to-day: product setup, merchandising, samples.
  • Build scalable workflows for shop management, affiliate, campaigns.
  • Partner with sales/marketing to align social commerce with goals and growth.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for brands entering TikTok Shop.
  • Identify and prepare brands for activation and launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in social commerce, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, creator partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of launching and managing brands within TikTok Shop; affiliate and operational workflows.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities, build business cases, drive revenue through emerging channels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building new processes from scratch.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
