• Social media management: Own Box's organic presence on LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
• Audience growth: Drive subscriber/follower growth across newsletters, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blog.
• Team leadership: Lead a small team; coordinate with Editorial, Campaigns, and PMM.
• Paid social ownership: Manage paid social strategy, budget, testing, and optimization.
• Executive voices & advocacy: Amplify executives and activate employee advocacy.
• Content alignment: Align programs with Editorial and Video teams for integrated campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record growing social audiences and multi-channel programs that drive pipeline.
• People management experience or ability to lead through influence.
• Hands-on paid social across LinkedIn, X, YouTube; budget mgmt and conversion tracking.
• Exceptional copywriting; distill value props into thumb-stopping social copy.
• AI-first mindset to leverage AI for faster, smarter decisions and impact.
