  • Lead high-severity incident calls; document decisions and next steps.
  • Collaborate with Product Support, SOC, and other teams to clarify coverage.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and support product-related requests.
  • Advocate for partner needs and provide timely security responses.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Calm, empathetic, solution-focused under pressure
  • Interest in incident management/incident commander skills

  • Self-sufficient in a remote setting; know when to escalate
