  • Passion for cybersecurity: identity compromise, phishing, incident response, and endpoints.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under active security incidents.
  • Interest in incident management: owning information flow, setting priorities, driving to resolution.
  • Facilitate group discussions under pressure; capture timelines, decisions, and actions.
  • Prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue; balance urgent work with follow-ups.
