🎯 Requirements

  • 6–7+ years in technical support within the modern data stack.
  • Troubleshoot APIs, connectors, authentication, and integrations; root-cause RCAs.
  • Kubernetes, container networking, ArgoCD for deployment.
  • AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Advanced SQL for performance analysis.
  • Java and API debugging, frontend issues, Linux diagnostics.
  • Read and interpret complex codebases; provide insights to Eng.
  • Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran; metadata management knowledge.
