- Lead KnowBe4's Success Hub and Customer Success in Brazil.
- Define and execute CS strategy to drive adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure outcomes.
- Build and mentor a high-performing CS org in LATAM; scale programs.
- Advocate for customer outcomes, risk management and security culture.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in customer success leadership or related fields.
- Experience scaling CS orgs in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong people leadership and program management.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of security awareness or risk management; KnowBe4 familiarity a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Brazil market experience.
