  • Build and mentor a high-performing CS org in LATAM; scale programs.
  • Advocate for customer outcomes, risk management and security culture.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer success leadership or related fields.
  • Experience scaling CS orgs in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong people leadership and program management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of security awareness or risk management; KnowBe4 familiarity a plus.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Brazil market experience.
