Represent SNOC in client escalations and leadership discussions.
SME for cloud infrastructure monitoring, reliability, and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

Azure and Microsoft 365 experience (required)
AWS, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint experience (preferred)
4+ years in SOC/NOC or infrastructure engineering
ITIL or similar service framework familiarity
Automation, monitoring tools, and remote-support skills
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT or related field (or equivalent)
