SNOC Engineer II

📋 Description

• Detect and respond to security threats across network, systems, and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis to prevent incidents.
• Escalate unresolved alerts and incidents as needed.
• Mentor SNOC Engineer I team members and support technical development.
• Create and improve SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Collaborate on projects to adopt new technologies and improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Network+.
• CCNA; Azure Administrator; ITIL Foundations.
• 2+ years in SOC, NOC, IT support, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response across security, network, systems, and cloud domains.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, monitoring tools, and alert management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
