SNOC Engineer II

📋 Description

• Detect and respond to security threats across networks, systems, and cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Act as escalation point for unresolved alerts and incidents.
• Mentor SNOC Engineer I team members and assist with technical development.
• Create and improve SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Collaborate on projects to integrate new technologies and improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience).
• CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Network+.
• CCNA certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
• ITIL Foundations.
• 2+ years in SOC/NOC/IT support or infrastructure operations.
