Maintain accurate and thorough ticket documentation.
Support operational reliability through consistency, communication, and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
CompTIA Network+ or Security+.
CCNA (preferred).
ITIL Foundations.
0–1+ years in SOC/NOC/IT ops (internship OK).
Foundational networking and security concepts.
