🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or 2+ years SMT/PCBA exp or Bachelor's in engineering/math/science
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup atmosphere
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with J-STD-001 Class 2 and IPC-A-610 Class 2 hardware
- Hands-on SMT optimization: pick-and-place, reflow, or conformal coating
