Operate PCB assembly machines: SMT placement, reflow, paste printing, coating.
Conduct thermal and functional testing of electronics; setup, test, troubleshoot.
Document failure modes and use data analysis to improve quality.
Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventive maintenance.
Prioritize schedule and execute tasks independently to meet deadlines.
Perform component kitting and precise measurement to support assembly.

🎯 Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
1+ years hands-on electromechanical assembly/testing.
2+ years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
Read/interpreting layout drawings and assembly procedures.
Proficient with PC, Windows, ERP.
Soldering IPC/J-STD certified.
