📋 Description

  • Own a high-volume outbound sales motion across SMBs.
  • Identify, engage, and convert SMB prospects via outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Meet monthly targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Maintain daily/weekly KPIs: dials, meetings, demos, deals.
  • Demonstrate resilience and a proactive, go-getter mindset.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years sales experience in high-volume SaaS.
  • Proven ability to close sub-45 day cycles.
  • Outbound calling, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Strong CRM experience; Salesforce or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for SMBs.
  • Self-motivated, organized, KPI-driven.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and wellness/fitness tech is a plus.
