  • Lead SMB Account Executives and drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in freight, logistics, trucking, or supply chain.
  • 2+ years leading or mentoring sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong SMB sales experience with high-velocity cycles.
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
