📋 Description

  • Lead SMB Growth AEs to drive new revenue and expansion in allocated territories.

  • Familiarity with modern software development and DevOps practices (SCM, CI/CD, Agile).
  • Hands-on player-coach with co-selling and feedback on objections.
  • Comfort with sales operations and CRM workflows to improve forecasting.
  • Track record of owning complex initiatives and turning data into insights.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
