  • Own and grow your SMB book across retention, adoption, and new revenue.
  • Drive adoption and expansion; increase product engagement and ARR.
  • Develop tailored Account Plans for high-propensity prospects with partners.
  • Run persona- and vertical-based outbound motions targeting self-serve and whitespace.
  • Qualify inbound demand and close opportunities from marketing/PLG signals.
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing with partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills preferred.
  • 1+ years closing in high-velocity sales, or strong SDR with quota attainment.
  • Comfortable in product-led or sales-assisted model.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; strong pipeline management.
  • Able to negotiate terms and articulate Asanaโ€™s value.
  • Second language preferred.
