📋 Description

• Lead global Enterprise IT operations team.
• Lead Enterprise IT architecture, development and processes.
• Participate in complex IT sysadmin duties and projects.
• Plan and execute IT projects with internal and external resources.
• Build secure enterprise IT operations processes with Security team.
• Enhance collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Plan and develop IT automation to support more efficient operations.
• Manage Enterprise IT costs and budget.
• Manage IT assets, data, software and inventory.

• Technical knowledge to lead in tough IT-support questions.
• A team player who can drive projects independently.
• Experience with Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at least 3 days/week from Helsinki office.
