the Role

As a

Senior

Talent Acquisition

Partner

, you will

be responsible for

delivering high-quality recruitment support for our organization.

You’ll

partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, and execute

full-cycle

recruiting processes to attract top talent. Your proactive approach and relationship-driven mindset will help shape a world-class candidate experience while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and

    maintain

    strong relationships with leaders and hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.

  • Proactively build and manage high-volume candidate pipelines for

    global

    roles.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Conduct outreach activities through multiple channels to attract and engage qualified sales candidates.

  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend top-tier candidates for consideration.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through

    timely

    communication and feedback.

  • C

    ollaborate closely with HR and business partners to improve recruitment processes and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Use data and analytics to inform leadership and help make hiring decisions

We are looking for you if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.

  • A passion

    for hiring and relationship building with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Proven

    track record

    of consistently meeting key hiring metrics while

    maintaining

    a strong focus on candidate quality

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

  • Ability to interpret hiring data and analytics to support informed recruitment decisions

  • Brings experience with applicant tracking systems and strong sourcing skills, with confidence using Greenhouse, Naukri, and LinkedIn to

    identify

    and engage talent effectively.

  • Interest in using AI to strengthen recruiting strategy, enhance candidate experience, and streamline hiring workflows to support better talent decisions.
