🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles; 3+ years in quota-carrying renewals or account mgmt
  • Proven success driving renewals and growing recurring revenue
  • Experience managing complex renewal cycles, incl pricing and contracts
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; SaaS models familiarity
  • Forecasting and pipeline management experience
