🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles; 3+ years in quota-carrying renewals or account mgmt
- Proven success driving renewals and growing recurring revenue
- Experience managing complex renewal cycles, incl pricing and contracts
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; SaaS models familiarity
- Forecasting and pipeline management experience
