  • 4+ years in B2B demand gen or performance marketing.
  • End-to-end paid media management: budgets, bids, audiences, optimization.
  • Expert Google Ads (Search/PMAX) and LinkedIn Ads with testing.
  • Full-funnel optimization: MQL β†’ SAL β†’ meeting β†’ closed deal.
  • Data fluency: Salesforce, Tableau, Mixpanel, and ad platforms.
  • Technical marketing: conversion tracking, UTMs, attribution.
