• Assist in BoD and integration specifications.
• Research and summarize smart building tech and system architectures.
• Develop use cases, KPIs, and system performance measures.
• Create system diagrams, interface definitions, and data flow docs.
• Review vendor documentation, bids, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate across IT, MEP, AV, security, and workplace apps.

• Strong documentation and requirements gathering (BoD)
