🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7–10 years in government contracting; 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record delivering compliant subcontracting plans.
- Experience with FAR/DFARS, SBA, eSRS, and CPSR prep.
- Familiarity with defense or federal civilian contracting.
- Experience standing up or expanding a small business program.
