📋 Description

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service at branch locations.
• Build awareness of bank products and digital capabilities.
• Grow and maintain consumer and business lending pipeline via relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls and networking to generate referrals.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance in compliance with policies.
• Support branch lending activities by educating clients and completing loan applications.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 4+ years of experience as a banker, client relationship consultant, or in a related sales role with established performance goals (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
