Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales at branch locations.
Build awareness of bank products and digital banking capabilities.
Grow and maintain a consumer and business lending pipeline.
Conduct outbound calls, networking, and banking presentations to generate referrals.
Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts in accordance with policies and regulations.
Support branch lending activities, including loan applications and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
4+ years in banking, client relationship consulting, or related sales role with proven performance goals.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
