🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
4+ years banker or related sales exp (Required)
Equivalency: education and experience may substitute a degree
Knowledge of retail banking products, policies, systems
Comfortable with complex accounts (trust, guardianship, POA)
Strong sales, cross-selling, networking, referrals
