📋 Description

• Lead client sales and service at branches; train and coach team members.
• Grow lending pipeline via client relationships; outbound calls, networking, and presentations.
• Consult on bank products to expand/retain client relationships; use needs-based sales.
• Educate clients proactively; resolve issues and solicit feedback to improve service.
• Open new accounts; process changes; respond to inquiries and ensure compliance.
• Assist in branch lending; educate on options; complete loan applications.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma required; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• NMLS Registration required.
• 4+ years banker/relationship consultant or related sales experience.
• Knowledge of retail product policy, procedures, documentation, and systems; complex accounts.
• Analyze credit data to identify client needs; strong selling, referral, and multitasking skills.
• Travel up to 10%.
