• Lead client sales/service at branches; coach team.
• Grow lending pipeline via outreach and referrals.
• Consult on bank products; cross-sell and refer.
• Educate clients; schedule appointments; resolve issues.
• Open accounts; process changes; ensure compliance.
• Assist branch lending; explain options and book loans.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma required (education/experience may be considered).
• NMLS Registration required.
• 4+ years banking or client relationship sales with goals.
• Knowledge of retail products, policy and complex accounts.
• Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
