📋 Description

• Lead client sales and service at branch locations.
• Grow lending pipeline by deepening relationships and referrals.
• Consult with clients on bank products to expand relationships.
• Open new accounts and process changes while ensuring compliance.
• Assist in branch lending by accepting applications and booking loans.
• Process routine transactions and balance cash drawer.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• NMLS Registration required
• 4+ years of banker/client relationship consultant or related sales experience
• Advanced knowledge of retail products, policies, procedures, documentation and systems
• Ability to analyze client credit data and recommend solutions; strong selling, cross-selling, and referral skills
• Travel up to 10%
