The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most exciting and fast growing tech companies in the world, let alone the Macedonian market. A Goods Central Ops Associate at Slice is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations by managing delivery logistics and ensuring customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable Goods Central Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of daily operations in a fast-paced logistics and fulfillment environment. You’ll be trained on key workflows and tools to help keep our business running smoothly and our customers happy.

The main responsibility of this role is to ensure no orders go unfulfilled, documents and sheets are kept accurate and up to date, and daily operational rules are consistently followed. If you’re someone who thrives on routine, loves structure, and takes pride in catching small issues before they become big problems ; this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Perform daily sweeps to ensure all pending and in-progress orders are accounted for
• Make sure all internal documents, sheets, and tools are properly maintained and accurate
• Support the team in identifying and reporting unfulfilled or delayed orders
• Help keep records organized for warehouse, delivery, and finance teams
• Follow internal processes and flag when something doesn’t align
• Communicate proactively with other teams to solve order-related blockers
• Learn and grow within a structured operations environment

The Winning Recipe

• Excellent verbal and written English; minimum C1 level
• High School diploma or College Degree preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow
• Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems
• Tech-savvy; we use Google Suite
• Previous working experience in a customer-facing roles would be considered a plus
