  • Strong ownership of technical outcomes, scoping, delegation, and risk management
  • Clear communication, mentoring peers, and knowledge-sharing culture
  • Integrate LiDAR, RGB-D, and IMU pipelines for real-time perception
  • Capable of applying nonlinear optimization and state estimation to improve stability and accuracy
