📋 Description

• Support day-to-day People Team operations remotely.
• Assist onboarding, benefits, and policy documentation.
• Help manage HRIS tasks and BambooHR provisioning.
• Maintain HR documentation in Confluence and processes.
• Collaborate with Head of People on programs and initiatives.
• Own deliverables from week one in a real contributor role.

🎯 Requirements

• Existing foundation in People Operations and HRIS.
• Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS.
• Experience with benefits platforms (Fidelity, Cigna, Flores, Bennie).
• Strong documentation, compliance, and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work remote.
• Proactive, with bias toward action and ownership.
