Responsibilities

• Maintain code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD automation.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for engineers.
• Promote reliability, security, and incident readiness in operations.

• Proven experience in engineering leadership or team management in a software environment.
