Contribute to system architecture and technical roadmap
Mentor and coach other engineers
Improve code quality, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams

Qualifications

Extensive software engineering experience with a track record of delivering web-scale systems
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web technologies
Experience with cloud services and distributed systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
Background in mentoring teams and shaping technical strategy
