Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote) at Skedda

Skedda is an online space booking platform. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote‑first team and help build scalable, user‑friendly web applications for booking spaces around the world. This role is remote and open to candidates located in Europe/Central European Timezone.

What you'll do

• Contribute to front‑end and back‑end development to design, build, and maintain features across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.
• Help shape the architecture, tooling, testing, CI/CD, and performance improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to raise the team’s overall craft.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a full‑stack software engineer (senior level).
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a mid‑/back‑end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, or equivalent).
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL) and working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
