Job Description

Skedda is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule. In this role you will drive outbound and inbound lead generation, qualify opportunities, and book product demonstrations for potential customers. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop pipeline in the Boston market and help expand Skedda’s presence in the scheduling space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute targeted campaigns in the Boston market.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate next steps with account executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track key metrics.
  • Contribute to process improvements to optimize outreach and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
