The Manager, Account Management will lead a team of 3β4 Account Managers in our SMB segment while also contributing as an individual contributor. This player-coach role is responsible for driving execution in line with Sitemateβs playbooks, frameworks, and values, while developing and supporting team members to achieve their potential. Acting as a cultural leader who leads by example, youβll collaborate closely with other managers, directors, and the GM to deliver strong results across the Oceania region.

OTE Remuneration: $200,000
Base Salary: $140,000
Commission: $60,000
Work closely with SMB Account Managers to coach, review pipeline, and support development.
Run weekly team meetings & call review sessions to to review performance, align on goals, and reinforce playbooks and frameworks.
Run demos, and close deals to contribute to individual sales targets.
Provide real-time deal support to reps, including joining customer calls and helping with negotiation.
Partner with directors and the GM to align on strategy, report on progress, and contribute to broader Oceania sales performance.
Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new SMB team members when needed.
Balancing personal sales contribution with coaching and leadership responsibilities.
Driving consistent execution of playbooks and frameworks across the team.
Maintaining motivation, culture, and accountability in a high-pressure environment.
Collaborating with peers and leadership to align SMB results with Oceania-wide goals.
Enjoys the player-coach dynamic. Thrives on contributing individually while developing others.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise high-impact work, manage a high volume of accounts and opportunities and set clear customer & team expectations.

Hands-off managers. This role requires actively joining AM calls and being present in the sales process.
