YOUR ROLE:

  • We are now seeking a highly motivated, organized, and upbeat individual with a keen eye for talent to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle across various departments from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to interviewing, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to new hires.
  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and analyze staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
  • Draft, create, and post job announcements both internally and externally across multiple job boards and platforms;
  • Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct outreach methods;
  • Research and develop new channels and strategies for recruitment;
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and keep them updated on the status of their applications;
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, offering detailed feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Consult managers on the suitability of the candidates and ensure the highest level of person-job-organization fit;
  • Organize new staff onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company;
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry;
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, social media platforms, Stack Overflow, and other networks;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects at once;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and high level of initiative.
